Brand new 15,000 square foot worship center constructed with split face masonry, ground face masonry and featuring a large exposed skylight in the narthex. This facility will include a large sanctuary as well as an education wing with classrooms and offices. Premier Construction Group, Inc. has been working on this design-build project with the owners for the past three years while fundraising took place.

Hanover Ambulatory Surgery Center

Construction of a 10,000 SF Tenant Fit-out in the existing Hillside II Medical Center for an ambulatory surgery center. Packed full of high end mechanical systems, this surgery center was completed in 26 short weeks, ahead of the owners anticipated completion date by 4 weeks. Medical Gas piping, Nursing Call Systems, Sound Systems, Full back-up Generator System, Humidity Control, and Building Automation Systems are only a few of the specialized components of this facility. Custom built millwork, stainless cabinetry, wall protection products, cubical curtains, medical specific flooring and multiple paint schemes provide interior finishes with pizzazz. This facility includes three (3) Class A surgery suites, large Pre and Post Operation Areas, Office Area, Locker Rooms, Nurse Stations, and Utensil Sterilization Rooms.

This interior renovation project included transforming a vacant shell space within the concourse into a new Subway restaurant. The existing space had not been used since the new terminal was constructed. The fit-out included designs from Subway’s corporate office, extensions of the airports existing utilities into the space and all the corresponding finishes and equipment required for a new Subway restaurant. This project site was beyond the terminal security which meant all workers on this site had to clear and obtain security badges for different areas of the airport or be escorted by someone with an approved badge.

This 12,000 square foot health club facility began with a former Rite Aid pharmacy space. Premier Construction Group, Inc. worked closely with the owners of this independent club and provided a complete design-build package from concepts to completion. This club includes items that are standard to a gym like cardio and strength equipment, tanning beds and a group exercise room. However, unlike standard health clubs, this facility includes a cosmetic laser treatment center. The club also includes special features like; glass block masonry in the showers and reception desk, all black fixtures in the locker rooms, “VIP” logo cut into the granite counter up front with a glass in-lay and under-lighting, and custom logo embroidering on the equipment benches. This club also includes two Big Ass Fans in the open gym area that really keep the air moving.

Regional Training Site, Multi-Purpose Facility

Construction of a new 4,000 SF single story Classroom building on the Ft. Indiantown Gap Military Base. Construction of the exterior wall systems required our special design of the doors, windows, framing and glass to meet anti-terrorism blast criteria. An all split faced block and standing seam metal roof provide an esthetically pleasing exterior, with the durability necessary for this military facility. Stringent guidelines were followed for jobsite access, clearance and paperwork processing. The interior consists of classrooms with video screens, and locker rooms with showers.

Mid Penn Branch Bank

Design/Build of a new single story, 2,500 SF branch bank with two (2) drive-thru lanes. The exterior highlights include a Brick and EIFS exterior facade with standing seam metal roofing and large storefront windows/Entry. Site Development includes bulk grading, underground utilities, storm water management and paving. Interior partitions are full glass from ceiling to floor with tray ceilings throughout. Custom built millwork cabinets, check writing desk, and a large teller line provide classy finish to this modern looking bank.

PennDOT Cumberland County Administration Building and Maintenance Facility

30,000 square foot Pre-engineered metal building single story building, 32 ft. high with complete fire suppression system and type IIB Construction. Project includes site improvements, sidewalks, ramps, parking lots, fencing and gates, a Fueling Station with a Canopy and a fuel storage outbuildings. The Administration offices include office space, visitor-waiting areas, large training room, break room and toilet facilities. The maintenance garage includes 5 drive-thru double bays, a drive-thru double bay welding bay and a drive-thru wash bay.
