7,200 square foot tenant improvement fit-out within the Capital West Business Center in Mechanicsburg. This project includes new provisions for offices, cubicles and a meeting area along with a storage warehouse and service room. This project also includes additional testing and engineering to increase the allowable storage height within the warehouse area. This is a design-build project utilizing our in-house design services.

Brand new out of the ground 1,300 square foot toilet room facility. This project includes split face masonry construction with engineered wood trusses and metal roofing with skylights. Restrooms included for both men and women. This project also includes a drinking fountain for your dog after a hike in the park.

4,000 square foot “Home Therapy Center” interior fit-out project that will produce a training facility for “Self Home Treatments”. This project includes extensive millwork very similar to the several dialysis treatment facilities that Premier Construction Group, Inc. has previously built for them.

Brand new 15,000 square foot worship center constructed with split face masonry, ground face masonry and featuring a large exposed skylight in the narthex. This facility will include a large sanctuary as well as an education wing with classrooms and offices. Premier Construction Group, Inc. has been working on this design-build project with the owners for the past three years while fundraising took place.
