The Goddard School for Early Childhood Development




Design/Build of a new 8,700 square foot school building consisting of nine Classrooms, Facility Offices, Kitchen, and Toilet Rooms for each class. A fully sprinklered, wood frame structure with engineered wood truss roof, brick/hardi plank façade, and extensive exterior millwork. Design, land development, permitting and all planning prior to and during construction was completed “in house” by Premier Construction.

West Hanover Township Fire Station #1




Construct a new 16,000 square foot Fire Station with a four bay Apparatus Garage and a multi-purpose wing inclusive of living quarters, exercise room, full service Kitchen, Training Room, Staff Offices, and tool/equipment storage. This building features a 35 foot high hose tower providing a stand out feature to the community. This complicated building consists of the full gamut of construction types including steel bearing cmu walls, metal stud bearing walls, structural steel, bar joists, and metal stud trusses. Many cubic yards of earth were moved and the large site preparation work included site utilities, pole relocations, heavy duty paving, concrete paving, curbs and specialized signage

Fresenius Medical Care, Dialysis Treatment Facility



Fit-out of a 12,500 square foot Dialysis treatment facility in an old shopping mall converted into a high-tech medical clinic. The largest of all FMC projects completed by Premier Construction Group, Inc., this facility boasts 32 treatment stations with custom stained millwork. Simultaneously Premier Construction Group, Inc. completed a 21 station treatment facility in Harrisburg, PA totaling six facilities completed for FMC. As an Ambulatory Health Care facility, construction work required special inspections by the Pennsylvania State Department of Health. Behind the top quality finishes, are highly specialized mechanical systems, plumbing systems and electrical systems necessary to complete the complicated dialysis process.

This is a 60,000 square foot, two story building new out of the ground. Special features in this gym will include three indoor swimming pools.

Cross Keys Fellowship - Recently Completed
785 Berlin Road
New Oxford, PA







Brand new 15,000 square foot worship center constructed with split face masonry, ground face masonry and featuring a large exposed skylight in the narthex. This facility will include a large sanctuary as well as an education wing with classrooms and offices. Premier Construction Group, Inc. has been working on this design-build project with the owners for the past three years while fundraising took place.

Hanover Ambulatory Surgery Center

Construction of a 10,000 SF Tenant Fit-out in the existing Hillside II
Medical Center for an ambulatory surgery center. Packed full of high end
mechanical systems, this surgery center was completed in 26 short weeks,
ahead of the owners anticipated completion date by 4 weeks. Medical Gas
piping, Nursing Call Systems, Sound Systems, Full back-up Generator System,
Humidity Control, and Building Automation Systems are only a few of the
specialized components of this facility. Custom built millwork, stainless
cabinetry, wall protection products, cubical curtains, medical specific
flooring and multiple paint schemes provide interior finishes with pizzazz.
This facility includes three (3) Class A surgery suites, large Pre and Post
Operation Areas, Office Area, Locker Rooms, Nurse Stations, and Utensil
Sterilization Rooms.

Subway Restaurant
Harrisburg International Airport
Middletown, PA






This interior renovation project included transforming a vacant shell space within the concourse into a new Subway restaurant. The existing space had not been used since the new terminal was constructed. The fit-out included designs from Subway’s corporate office, extensions of the airports existing utilities into the space and all the corresponding finishes and equipment required for a new Subway restaurant. This project site was beyond the terminal security which meant all workers on this site had to clear and obtain security badges for different areas of the airport or be escorted by someone with an approved badge.

PennDOT Cumberland County Administration Building and Maintenance Facility
Middlesex Township
Carlisle, PA






30,000 square foot Pre-engineered metal building single story building, 32 ft. high with complete fire suppression system and type IIB Construction. Project includes site improvements, sidewalks, ramps, parking lots, fencing and gates, a Fueling Station with a Canopy and a fuel storage outbuildings. The Administration offices include office space, visitor-waiting areas, large training room, break room and toilet facilities. The maintenance garage includes 5 drive-thru double bays, a drive-thru double bay welding bay and a drive-thru wash bay.
