Commerce Bank Corporate Headquarters
Harrisburg, PA

60,000 Square Foot Two Story Office Facility

A nine-acre site and a 60,000 square foot building developed into one of the premier structures in the central Pennsylvania area that will house the operations and headquarters for one of the top 50 fastest growing companies in central PA. A 40-foot glass skylight covering a full height glass curtain wall atrium with radius monumental stairs highlights the building. The exterior of the building is clad with metal wall panels, low “E” energy efficient ribbon windows and full height glass entrance doors. The interior hosts an array of high end finishes. The numerous ceiling levels enhances the multiple interior finishes which include wood and laminate wall panels, marble flooring, custom millwork and furniture, glass walls, stainless steel columns, and special painting designs.

Gold’s Gym Pleasant Valley
Raleigh, NC

Tenant improvements to convert an existing 35,500 s.f. movie theater into a modern fitness center

In four short months, through the holiday season, this project was completed allowing a highly anticipated January opening for the eagerly awaiting members with their New Years resolution of getting fit. This gym features the typical vibrant Gold’s interior finishes including; multicolored rubber flooring, a multitude of bright-colored walls, classy tile locker rooms, custom cabinetry with granite counters, wall mirrors throughout, and a wide range of unique gym flooring. A last minute design of a mezzanine addition created the challenge of erecting structural steel inside the building in conjunction with completing finishes elsewhere, avoiding schedule impact. With a pre-cast plank floor system and parking garage under the entire space, layout of floor penetrations proved an arduous task, along with the difficulty of access to the building. Not only did Premier Construction Group, Inc. overcome the challenges presented, but delivered the building expeditiously while offering the owner cost saving value-engineering solutions.

Prevail Salon
Camp Hill , PA

Complete Renovation (Interior & Exterior) of existing 1,200 s.f. facility

This structure started out as an automotive service garage, and then spent a short time as an ice cream shop before it was transformed into the top-shelf beauty salon you see now. The complete gutting and remodeling of the building took place in an eight-week schedule. Completion was postponed due to the late arrival of the custom furniture that was manufactured and shipped direct from Italy. This salon features a stained concrete floor finish with a custom design that reflects the modern tone and feel of the facility. A custom lighting package was designed in conjunction with the use of natural lighting. The shampoo chairs, stylist stations, styling chairs, reception desk, restroom sink, and the couch were all manufactured in and shipped from Italy for this salon.

Arby’s Restaurant
Finksburg, MD

Convert Masci Steakhouse to Arby’s Restaurant – 3,650 square feet

A deadline of December 31 gave Premier only 45 days for a complete interior and exterior renovation, which included a new roof and an electrical service upgrade. To add more of a challenge to the task, Premier was asked to run this project simultaneously with the Arby’s Eldersburg project. This was a task that the Premier team was more than able to handle.

Taco Bell/Long John Silver's
Hamburg, PA

New 2,763 sq. ft. Restaurant

This project consists of the new construction of a combination of two fast food restaurants sharing the same facility with two distinct interior and exterior decor. The project was completed in 77 calendar days even though it was constructed during the winter season. The site development was the challenge on this project with excessive ground water and a landscape wall that had to be redesigned to meet the site conditions. The facility was wood frame construction, ceramic tile floors, FRP wall panels, acoustical ceilings, drywall, exposed structure ceilings in the dining area, and multiple colors through out the store. This design gives the customer a soft and appealing atmosphere for a casual dinning experience.
