Jeffrey A. Mealey
President
Jeff Mealey started his career in construction by enlisting in the US Navy in 1983 and joining the construction division as a carpenter. While enlisted, he was deployed throughout all parts of the globe to complete numerous types of vertical construction projects. At the same time, Jeff earned an Associates Degree in Construction Management through Central Texas College as well as numerous credits in real estate.
Upon receiving an Honorable Discharge from the Navy, Jeff began a career in the private construction industry as a Carpenter, Foreman, Staff Estimator, and Vice President at other privately held firms.
Jeff founded Premier Construction Group, Inc. in November of 1999 and has acted as President since its inception. His business philosophy has always revolved around sound principals, including integrity, respect and cost-conscious quality construction projects delivered on or before the expected delivery date.
Jeff is a firm believer that you are only as good as what or whom you surround yourself with. Premier Construction Group, Inc. has built its staff and support relationships in that manner. Mark E. Sather
Vice President
As the Vice President of Premier Construction Group, Inc., Mark E. Sather is responsible for supervising the estimating staff, managing daily operations, and corporate marketing. Mark started his career at Premier Construction Group, Inc. in 2000 as Chief Estimator.
Prior to joining Premier Construction Group, Inc. Mark worked for a local general contractor as a laborer, progressing to a cost analyst/junior estimator, subsequently being promoted to senior estimator/project planner. Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University and has also passed the contractor’s license exam for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Mark resides in Mechanicsburg with his wife and two children. |
J. Michael Rutherford
Director of Operations
Mike has over 32 years of construction industry experience, including commercial, residential and light industrial construction. He is a self-taught carpenter that demonstrated the ability to lead others and subsequently progressed through the ranks. Mike has held positions including carpenter, superintendent, project manager, estimator, and vice president. Mike is proud to be the Director of Operations for the “Fourth Fastest Growing Company in Central Pennsylvania,” Premier Construction Group, Inc. His excellent people and communication skills, as well as the ability to teach others to obtain growth and achieve objectives, are among the most rewarding aspects of his contributions to the company. He is committed to a team concept, working to perpetuate corporate unity and success. |
Robert Rabuck
General Superintendent
Starting out as a mason tender and having worked his way through the ranks of construction, Bob brings over 24 years of construction experience, with a passion for the work that continues to grow. He currently holds the position of general superintendent with the responsibilities of interviewing and hiring new employees, scheduling daily manpower, as well as giving direction to the field staff in any way possible to meet construction schedules and achieve their goals. Bob is a part of a team that continually strives for quality and does its absolute best to satisfy the customer. His personal philosophy speaks volumes to his success: “I believe that failure is not an option, and the best way to lead is by example.” Bob is married with four children—two boys and two girls. |
Christopher A. Keller
Project Manager
A Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology graduate from The Pennsylvania State University at Harrisburg, Chris has been managing construction projects for over 14 years. His diverse background includes involvement in industrial, residential, healthcare, highway, commercial, government, and bridge construction projects. Chris prides himself in his ability to create and maintain great customer relationships through clear and concise communication. This commitment assures that projects will be delivered with exceptional quality, on time and within budget. |
